TGHFF, under the patronage of the Government Information Office Taiwan, is organized by Motion Picture Development Foundation R.O.C. and Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival Executive Committee. It is dedicated to presenting innovative works which are produced independently by new filmmakers worldwide, the encouragement for both professional and student. We selected single-and-focus genre in digital animation shorts to hold international competition.
